Great live-in staff, laundry always worked, quiet neighbors
Management could be hard to get a hold of, unless you were able to catch them when they were at their phone
I had a bit of a roach issue when first moving in but it’s now under control and the landlord is super responsive, very communicative!
Definitely some pest issues but the building is very on top of it
