The management was responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management responsive and quick
Building mantained well for most part
Good neighborhood

Building was old so you can probably expect issues with plumbing and water system.
Some apartments are very outdated

Great location but roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to train. Very nice neighborhood. Close to city. Very spacious. Rent controlled.
Cons:
Roaches. A lot. Climbing all over the walls, on your bed, in the kitchen, bathroom, everywhere. It seems to get worse every time the exterminator comes. Building is old and kind of dirty. The lobby smells of cigarette smoke. Stolen packages. Inconsistent with front door locking. Rocks falling from bathroom ceiling. Building not very well-kept.
Advice to owner:
Please check the ceilings for water damage. Our ceiling is cracking. All ceilings need inspections. There should be something seriously done about the roach infestation.
