Absent Landlord but Dream Apartment
Pros
This apartment was so lovely, a windowed in porch, the living room and kitchen areas are spacious and the bedrooms are a great size.
Cons
The utilities are included and the heat was always very low. The insulation was not great in the back of the apartment and the back bedroom was constantly in the 50’s in the winter. Additionally, there was an illegal apartment on the ground floor and the neighbor there was very loud at all hours (don’t think this is an issue anymore I think it got shut down).
Advice to the owners
Turn the heat up we’re cold!!!
