Nice, Noisy, Convenient, and Roachy.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, nice building, big apartment, apartment in good condition when we got it.
Cons:
Roaches - definitely a building wide issue. if you miss a weekly repellent treatment, you will start seeing them pop up. Noise - walls are very thin, neighbors sound like they're in your house. Noise - loud dogs, loud yelling from time to time. Neighbors - neighbors are pretty great for the most part, except an issue with a family in the building - lots of yelling from them on a weekly basis. Has not had a live-in super for a few months now. Management is not always great about requests.

Quiet, but infested.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, good porter, good water pressure
Cons:
Roach infested. Tenants not wearing masks in common areas or elevator despite posted notices.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the roaches.

Friendly , clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well kept -super mops all the hallways every day! Laundry in building and close to subways, food stores and restaurants
Cons:
Noise and light pollution from Broadway if you live on a high floor
Advice to owner:
Use a more reliable management company. It took 3 months to get my signed lease. Never returned my calls.

Not ideal apartment, do not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pay $1,700 per month
Cons:
No live in super, smoky, heat is too hot or too cold, management company is sketchy. Since I've lived here since 2014, the quality of life has diminished significantly. I don't recommend.
Advice to owner:
Please deal with heat and hot water. The cold water is very hot, not warm significant amount of time. Live-in super was great. Custodian is no good. Thank you.
