love it here but tiny small for a family of 3

Pros

Love my years here i will always cherish the good times i have here, knowing the first day when the walls were half open and rain trippled down into the apartment, i cried so much, but it got fixed in a few days, repairs gets fixed pretty fast, we always notified as the first ones and always get a fast reply back no matter which management company was taking care of it

Cons

sometimes the garbage area gets overloaded but it gets cleaned once every week. previous management had people come to clean the stairs and the hallways now not anymore. the bright lights in the hallways the lights never turn out in 5 years living there. i am lucky my next door neighboor was chinese but other neighbors are friendly as well. overall no bad stuff to say about this building.

Advice to the owners

please have the renters have the opportunity to get to know you - also like to have a friendler maintenance guy

Good location and it was a no fee apartment

Cons

We’ve had many issues with security. Our packages were getting stolen. We were locked inside the building. Gas leaks during the winter. No hot water for a month.
