Insane Outside Noise Levels/ Not Safe Area
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Cleanliness
- Garbage control is always great
- Updated Tech (Doorman button, Package Room, Security Cameras)
Cons:
- The outside noise levels are ridiculous. You would think paying $2K + would include noise proof windows. A lot of the new renovated apartments in the area have this (I visited them). It’s honestly going to end up being the main reason why I move out. The building is smack dab in the middle of intersections going to the highway. At least 5 different streets. Massive trucks pass by all day that literally shake the floor. It’s insane. They really missed the mark on this which I can’t understand given where the building is located. On top of the fact that the area is also dangerous. I’ve heard screams all through the night, suspect characters walk around and even witnessed a stabbing.
Advice to owner:
Not sure if this is possible but replacing the windows would be the best bet.
