Brand newly renovated with beautiful finishes and new appliances.
Heat included.
Big living & bedrooms.
Laundry on site.

No elevator
Not the cleanest lobby & hallways.
Small closet space.
Expensive Rent.

Nice building to live in
Pros
All 16 unit neighbors are all great and friendly.
Laundry on site.
Not a lot of noise from neighbors mostly all quiet.
Kid friendly.
No pets.
Cons
Not the cleanest staircase, hallways and lobby.
Did not offer any COVID relief on rent like many other buildings in Staten Island and NY have done.
Advice to the owners
Make sure the lobby and stairwell are always clean!!!
