Great spot but be warned of rent gouging

Great, friendly neighbors. It has a nice neighborly feeling to the building
Cons
The rental company is starting to price gouge on rents, most recently with a 20%+ rent increase. There are a number of stabilized units, and it seems like they're starting to price out all the market rate units.

Great neighbors and cozy apartments

A lot of long term residents who are friendly, some units are more updated than others, but overall things are clean and nice
Cons
Older appliances and some minor roach issues during the summer months
