Good place to live
Pros
We lived there for 7 years. No problems. Our drain was clogged once. They hired someone to clean the inside of the building once a week, which is nice.
Cons
Trash gets messy outside. We lived on the first floor, and you can hear the guys getting cans in the middle of the night.

Beware of landlord
Pros
Spacious studio apartments, great location
Cons
Beware of this landlord. The worst I’ve experienced. Apartment was often cold and there were problems with the radiator. Dated appliances. Pest issues. I could go on and on... would not recommend.
Advice to the owners
These apartments must be renovated and tenants must be treated with respect.
