Roaches Galore, ConEd Shut Off Notice In A Quiet Building.

The management company is absolutely horrible, often taking months to send lease renewals, misspelling tenants names, and refusing to do any renovations. Also they didn't pay their ConEd bill for months and all the tenants received a notice from ConEd that the the gas was going to be shut off to the building! Can you imagine not paying your bill for that long that you receive a shut off notice! And by the time the tenants received the notice it was 3 days away! Additionally, and most disgustingly, there is a MAJOR roach infestation in this building, with over half of the units signed up each month for pest control, which never comes. One tenant reported over 30 roaches in their kitchen at any given time, despite keeping in clean and free of trash and food. Another has said they can't even use their kitchen because the roaches are so bad.
Advice to the owners
Get your stuff together.
