No frills, but clean.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very nice.
The building is always clean.
The courtyard is well maintained
The steps are easy
Rent is slid under door every month.
Management picks up calls
My apt is very spacious. Perfect 1 bedroom.
Cons:
Packages get stolen There’s a camera in the lobby but management doesn’t feel the need to address this issue.
During covid Landlord did not waive rent like some other landlords did.
The biggest con is the packages.
Advice to owner:
Utilize camera in lobby to scare package stealers/ encourage mail carriers to deliver to the front of people’s door.
Some really nice families live here, maybe show appreciation in some way. Host a get together when things get nice. I’ve seen luxury buildings and they would do this every month. Put some flooring and Make the roof accessible. Lol. One can dream. Movie nights on the roof etc. that would really set you apart.
