A Great Experience

Pros

I accidentally locked my keycard inside my room late in the evening, which in any other building would have meant a stressful few hours. I texted the house leader and she responded almost immediately, sorted the access issue remotely, and had me back inside within minutes. That kind of fast, calm, human response is exactly what you want from co-living management. The building is in a great location, the common spaces are welcoming, and the team genuinely shows up when it matters.

Cons

The room could get a bit noisy at times because of the city, but that's fairly typical for New York and wasn't a dealbreaker for me.
