I enjoyed my stay there.
Sometimes a little noisy from the street and 20-something neighbors. My bedroom was sometimes cold (AC unit was still in window).
Nice for first apartment I’ve lived in Great location, quiet street and quiet-Ish neighbors Good sized rooms
Wasn’t clean when I first moved in Not remodeled and old but not that bad No AC
