Cons
Owner is UNSTABLE & is in ALL of your business. There is no pest management & there’s a rodent infestation.I personally killed over a dozen mice before pest control was hired. The owner's response? ' Oh, we've never seen mice'! Of course you have not, you live here part time. Previous tenant had cat's so there were no mice. Items inside apartment are rarely fixed on time and items left to completely wear out until they break. Owner’s partner is aggressive and threatened me both physically and verbally ( I have this on camera and with witnesses) If you value privacy , sanity & peace of mind DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Advice to the owners
You should not be a property owner because you don’t know how to competently manage an income property
