Great location, horrible building

Pros

Conveniently located and reasonably priced

Cons

Super & owner are very slow to answer and don’t get things done well. Building is disgustingly dirty, the lobby itself only gets cleaned twice a year

Advice to the owners

Hire better super

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Not the best

Pros

Prewar building, rent cheaper than other buildings, and building is in the center of 63rd drive stores.

Cons

Extremely dirty, waterbug infested building, elevator was constantly getting stuck now they are trying to fix them since September, so no elevators in service. People smoking in the hallway/ staircase no one says anything. Apartments are really old, not upgraded. Pipes constantly leaking

Advice to the owners

Stop being a slumlord
