Great location. Could use some cleaning.
Pros
Easy commute. Away from busy streets. Building is sufficient maintained with no major issues.
Cons
Hallways and stairways are not cleaned on regular basis.

Great location
Pros
The location’s good. Each floor has four units, two facing the street two facing the back. Street-facing ones have better view. Super is usually responsive. Most tenants are families so things are quiet after dark.
Cons
No trash chute. Tenants need to bring the trash down. Laundry room is not 24/7, only from 8-21. And the office can be rude/ignorant sometimes. Some windows are installed shut, so there’s not a lot of options you can put your AC.
Advice to the owners
More maintenance for public areas like stairways and laundry room.
