Rude, Disrespectful and Ghetto On-Site Management + Outdated Operations
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The porters in the building are friendly and keep the building clean
- There are security guards on site 24/7
- Building has 3 elevators
- Apartments above the 2nd floor have balconies
- There is laundry on-site in the basement
- Parking is available for an additional fee
Cons:
The on-site management here are rude, disrespectful and ghetto. They hold unrealistic office hours and act as if they're doing tenants a favor by doing the job they were hired to do. The office closes at 4pm and is never open on weekends, not even once a month.

I had reoccurring roach issues, and when I complained about it they tried to say I was the only person having an issue, and I was told my lease would be ending and could move rather than work to rectify the issue. I've lived here long enough to know my neighbors, and the roaches are an issue for many despite monthly extermination services and keeping a clean home.
Advice to owner:
CLEAN HOUSE in the front office. The assistant property manager especially, I don't know how she's kept a job this long with her nasty inappropriate attitude towards tenants. The complex has potential, but with the poor management, it's a wash. You're positioning the building as a luxury building, but don't have the service to match. New on-site management with a customer-centric attitude and way of working is necessary in addition, evening & weekend hours (even if it's bi-weekly) are required. Additionally, modernizing and updating operating procedures are needed, such as a payment portal, acceptance of fees via bank/credit card rather than money order for existing tenants, etc.

It’s not worth the trouble.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap for what it is. Seems like it was newly renovated.
Cons:
Walls are incredibly thin. I can hear the neighbors in the building next door through the walls. Horrible drafts in all of the bedrooms. Very unreliable and unfaithful landlord. Plugs have gone without getting fixed for entire residency. Packages get stolen but the security cameras don’t work to track down the thief.

Cons:
