DON’T RENT HERE

Near the grocery store
Cons:
Your electric will be through the roof and it’ll be a mystery. Management is the worst and did not give me back my deposit.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management company and please return my security deposit!!

Rats Everywhere

Lots of Laundry machines, Gym,
Cons:
Rats in my bed, rats in my fridge, rats in my closets. The ceiling in my shower fell into the tub. Only one outlet in each room. Loud Super can be heard anywhere in the building. Windows are not sealed and leak cold air into the apartment. The radiators don't work or management does not turn them on at the legal temperature. (potentially black) Moldy bathrooms and kitchens. (when asked to clean it appropriately they they painted over it) Ive had two packages stolen.
Advice to owner:
The whole building needs a renovation and a new super who is not taking care of a 8 different buildings on this block and who actually has some repair skills. Everything has a "bandaid" solution.
