Building has potential but Owners dont care…

Pros

Great Neighbours, Lovely Neighbourhood, good Apartment size.

Cons

Unresponsive Management, cold winters, hot water on and off, the boiler is defective so firefighters come from time to time, no real super hes hard to reach and hes here 20 hours a week max.

It’s a nightmare Offers, bike room, yard, laundry and this 3 are infested with rats and rat droppings, used to be infested of roaches and now switch to rats Stairs and the whole building smells to dead rat and urine In 3 yrs management never check problems in the apartment and they had the audacity to raise the rent 10%
