Location Location Location
Cons:
Insane landlord who sexually harassed and threatens rent stabilised tenants, constant construction noise, constant interruption of heat and hot water, no repairs, extortion of undue rent, verbal abuse.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone sane
