Great location, cleanish, newish apartment
Very thin temp walls, pest problems but management came every 2 weeks fro treatment. Trash collection was an issue
Be more responsive
Managment is easier to work with, they’re inclined to leave you to yourself. They respond well to repair requests.
Apartments are tiny and walls are thin.
