Charming building for starters

Pros

Super is in the building and very friendly and helpful Neighbors are nice, artsy types that stick to themselves but are nice Building is in great area with lots nearby

Cons

Walls are a bit thin so I can hear my neighbors conversations and water bugs are an issue
