Adjacent to a firehouse

Good location, next to city college and a good laundromat around the corner
Cons:
small for 3 rooms, very little closet space, next to an active firehouse which could get loud

It’s pretty clean and I have laundry in unit
Cons:
Took almost 4 months to get a lease renewal. We rarely get responses to email in a timely fashion. Lots of letter from con Ed to turn off service.

Sexual harassment from management

The proximity to train
Cons:
I experienced multiple instances of sexual harassment from Joe in management. He was inappropriate with me and tried to take advantage of me. I'm glad I had mace on my person.
Advice to owner:
Get a lawyer.
