They do not return security deposit. 14 days passed and no response after move out, barely get responses after every couple of weeks but never received security deposit.

The property management company was incredibly unresponsive. It took months for them to return my security deposit refund after moving out. A look at Google reviews for PH Realty capital shows that this is something they have done to multiple other people. The name Peter Hungerford appears on www.landlordwatchlist.com
