Avoid avoid avoid Miss Banks is evil.

Pros

It was a great building until management was switched to Ms. Banks. She hired from the tenancy barely shows up for work and she lies, and she harasses the tenants. She’s supposed to be the director of the mental health department. Everybody in mental health has to deal with her like she’s insane.

Cons

Avoid this building and the management is evil they’re way past bad management. they lie they steal from checks they are lying about whether you paid rent. They put fake eviction notices up. They are thieves they’re supposed to be helping the people in a program there .they don’t help them. Everybody’s getting high. People are smoking crack. There are fights on the floors. there’s prostitution and there’s no help from caseworkers or security. they’re not even real caseworkers. It’s a dangerous building. If you legitimately complain, they threatened to call the police..

Advice to the owners

GET NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP! And get a real mental health program in there get real supportive services cause that’s what your company is a mental health program and there’s no services and people are getting worse and she doesn’t care if people are passed out on the elevators urinating on the elevators and she doesn’t care But if you speak with an honest, calm, clear suggestion, she yells at you and cause you a troublemaker

Ms. Banks is a dangerous person

Pros

The only problem with 500 Gates Ave. is the Psycho fraud who manages it Michelle Banks

Cons

Michelle banks is a drunken liar thief

Advice to the owners

Fire Ms Banks she’s a danger to the tenants and a danger to the employees and a danger to herself. She supposedly the manager of the building, but she has her own corporation, and she supposedly the director of the mental health program there and there are no services at all, and she has temper tantrums and threatens the tenants
