love this apartment

-clean building - apartments are huge for new york and beautifully designed -pest control comes once a month
Cons
- the elevators are the worst thing about this building. they break down so often that the fire department knows the building and residents get stuck often -not well insulated during the winter - stolen packages - management isn’t accommodating
Advice to the owners
fix the elevators and be nice to your tenants. they don’t care!
The Elevators are the worse!
Pros
The building is okay. The gym is mid. The rooftop has no furniture to lounge in. My apt is decent. Spacious for a single person living in a one bedroom with an in-unit w/d
Cons
The elevators are literally the very worse thing about the building. They are broken more often than they actually work. Management is pretty responsive about it but it’s never actually fixed for a long period of time.
Advice to the owners
Fix the elevators!
