Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting from ANGELA CRONK generally find the buildings to be in desirable locations with mostly spacious, rent-stabilized apartments, friendly neighbors, and quiet environments. The management is praised for responsiveness and helpful superintendents. However, many mention issues with cleanliness, especially garbage management and pest control, with reports of rats, cockroaches, and flies. Older building infrastructure occasionally leads to concerns like leaks and noisy street-facing units. While most renters recommend these buildings, improved garbage handling and building upkeep, as well as upgrades to pest control and water pressure, could enhance tenant satisfaction.

Worth the price!

Pros

Rent stabilized, spacious living room and kitchen, good natural light, good location, responsive and helpful super and management

Cons

Walk up building, older building, main areas not very well kept, have to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom

Advice to the owners

An old building needs more love

Pros

The street noise is minimal especially if your apartment is north facing. Neighbors are nice and polite. Dog friendly.

Cons

Super is awful with the garbage maintenance. Pests have strewn garbage all over the ground, I've seen rats, cockroaches, and especially in the summer, there are tons of huge flies all around the stairs.

Advice to the owners
