Truly wonderful building staff, friendly neighbors, great location

Cons

There were some elevator issues but the building did their best to repair quickly. It was incredibly hot in the summer even with AC because the apt was facing east and got a lot of sun.

Absolutely love this building. The doormen are the best! Management is very responsive.
