Beautiful location, disappointing property management

Cons
They have a pest problem and I don't think they take it seriously. While the owner of my unit itself was great, there have been several times that cockroaches appeared, and 1 time a mouse. The building's exterminator and other staff kept insisting it was "just" a waterbug, which is a deceptive way to phrase it when waterbugs are just another name for American Cockroaches. There's an issue with sealings in the apt not being filled, and I feel like building staff was more concerned with minimizing my concerns than actually dealing with the problems. Additionally, mu buzzer has been broken for months. The management at 1st took forever to send a technician, and when the problem persisted to now, when the buzzer doesn't work AT ALL. And now they just say that the whole building needs the buzzers replaced but in the months since as I've tried to follow up, they've completely ignored my messages.
Advice to the owners
Actually be responsive and don't diminish your tenants' concerns
