building generally fine, landlords intrusive
Pros
clean, trash always managed well, were generous at first until we pushed back bc they tried to make us pay the gas bill for the month before we moved in
Cons
bathroom was definitely not tiled properly and at one point we had a mushroom growing out through the grout bc the sealant wasn't properly applied and there was probs wood rot under it landlords are intrusive and barged in without any notice and started banging on the bathroom door while it was occupied. was spoken to and hasn't happened since but was unnerving. they will interrogate every black person who comes over
