Recent reviews of ACP Realty Partners, LLC properties reveal a mixed management experience. Nice building but the street is so loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only two flights, there’s a deck, rent was low. Washer and dryer in the unit! Landlord not super strict.
Cons:
The spaces beneath and next to are bars so there is often loud music and people outside until 4-5am
Advice to owner:
Take the trash out more.

Police Station nearby, very noisy
Copious Amounts of Dust (despite heavy, consistent cleaning)

Staff/Super will damage the floor or your belongings (left scratches on floor and a lot of paint on my bedding, clothes, etc)
Balcony only accessible through a room
No Heating/Intermittent Heating
Hot Water disappears
Stabbing and Murder downstairs (and a shooting) --> Area is dangerous
Electricity Bill is higher than avg.
Loud neighbors, they also have a dog

Any smell from downstairs penetrates the floor and enters the apartment
Lease says we cannot take any legal action against landlords
The lease is faulty in multiple places, claims to be furnished but was not
The front door to the building is open and homeless people stay indoors
Lobby used by non-tenants to hotbox, smoke crack (not even this got the Super to install a lock downstairs OR give us the complete set of keys for apartment's bottom lock)
Super ghosts you or lies about coming/fixing things
Little counterspace
Building does not do minor repairs
No live-in super
Packages got stolen
Water pressure sucks

Landlords discourage any poor reviews on the apartment
Murphy's Law, I cannot remember what else is wrong, so use this adage as a reference

Negligent owners and poor circulation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building manager himself was nice and generally responsive (unlike the super, landlord/owners, etc)
Cons:
Dust issues due to poor circulation, and nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner
