Pros:
Across the street from the C train, a library, a supermarket, a park and several laundromats Huge!
Cons:
Stairs were a bit old Kitchen not the cleanest

summer rental for 311 W 29th

Pros:
landlord is very responsibe, also installed new a/c unit when old one died.
Cons:
some small bugs like laternfly nymphs were seen inside the apartment but nothing crazy
