Good apartment building
Pros
The building maintenance is very clean. The 2 BR apartment is beautiful. Most of the neighbors are generally quiet. Honestly the only reason I am not living there anymore is due to sudden financial reasons. I would have lived here much longer if I could.
Cons
No elevator but there aren't many floors in the building so that's not a big deal. There's a guy in the building who sometimes hosts parties in the shared rooftop space on weekends and he doesn't do a good job respecting quiet hours when he hosts his parties. He also planted alot of flowers and plants in the rooftop and that coincided with an increase in bugs crawling into the apartment
