Cute but not worth the price

Pros

The property management was great at responding, the super not so much. The security of having a code to enter the building was a bonus.

Cons

The stairs were difficult to work with when moving in furniture. The AC we installed on our own did not.

Ceiling leaked and was never properly fixed. Building had a bed bug issue (2021-2022) when we lived there.
