Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by FRANK LANG reveals mixed experiences with building management. While cleanliness and garbage management receive moderate to good remarks in some buildings, pest controland owner responsiveness are frequent concerns. Tenants report issues such as smoking in hallways, noise disturbances, and a lack of effective enforcement of building rules. Maintenance response is sometimes prompt, but communication with tenants often falls short. Many renters express dissatisfaction with management's handling of tenant behavior and building upkeep. Improvements in security measures, tenant communications, and stricter enforcement of policies could enhance the living experience in these properties.

Smoking in Hallways
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not many apartments in building. Close to train station. Responded to maintainance issues promptly with previous management.
Cons:
Tenants all smoke on the steps all day and night. Management does not address them. The steps are overly crowded with friends in the evenings and they all have their smoking parafanilia on the steps so people have to hop over in order to pass. The music is very loud on weekends in the evenings.
Advice to owner:
Please issue the tenants summons for smoking on the steps and leaving garbage on the steps. Have the police come to the building on evenings. Install cameras to capture what goes on on the steps in the evening.

Horrible building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are nice and spacious.
Cons:
The people that live in this building have ruined it. Literally have broken stuff and do not care for the property.
Advice to owner:
Make more of an effort to really care about your tenants and there needs!! Not all of us are careless!
