Constant cockroach issues, building is (c) openigloo old so you can hear (c) openigloo your neighbors constantly, I have (c) openigloo had pipes leak and toilet (c) openigloo water from the person above (c) openigloo me leak into my bathroom. (c) openigloo The apartment is old and (c) openigloo lots of things need to (c) openigloo be renovated. The water doesn’t (c) openigloo drain properly in the sink (c) openigloo in the bathroom and sometimes (c) openigloo I hear mice behind the (c) openigloo walls but thankfully have never (c) openigloo seen any. I finally had (c) openigloo to tape the vents in (c) openigloo my apartment which stopped the (c) openigloo cockroach infestation.

The building has a doorman (c) openigloo and is away from the (c) openigloo hustle and bustle of the (c) openigloo lower east side. Apartments are (c) openigloo large and the location is (c) openigloo great.

The building is fairly old (c) openigloo and some renovations to apartments (c) openigloo should be made.

Clean and quiet

Have pest control more often.
