Inconsiderate Af!
Pros
Beautiful newly renovated building. New floors, dishwashers in each unit, lots of light, private entry.
Cons
All repairs take Atleast 5 months to even have consideration. There was roaches and rats right before we moved in. My roommate still doesn’t have a doorknob, the landlords are literal leeches, pandemic or not. Zero consideration — they seem to think no repairs or check in’s still deem okay for rent and only operate when you threaten to withhold rent or pay for repairs yourself. Packages often get stolen from the lobby, building code remained the same for several years despite previous & current tenants having issues with packages/loitering. Quick to threaten tenants without help, and only after you respond knowledgeable about rental laws do they seem to “ease up” control.
Advice to the owners
Consider all your tenants come from different circumstances. Be kind, be thoughtful while still maintaining the integrity of this new-ish building.
