AVOID THIS BUILDING

Pros

Convenient location. New appliances.

Cons

Absolutely do not live here. I don’t even know where to begin. I only lasted 2.5 months here before breaking my lease (of an apparent illegal conversion). The roaches were never ending and management refused to deal with it. One of the units had a huge mice problem. What sealed the deal for me was finding out the previous tenant had bed bugs and they illegally failed to report it.

Advice to the owners

Deal with pests. Actually charge the rent stabilized rate for the unit.
