Has potential, but could be managed more proactively

Pros

Landlord is pretty responsive Super is helpful and friendly Elevators surprisingly worked quite well Butterfly concierge

Cons

Bad water pressure My packages never got stolen but there was no secure area to drop them off Large roaches occasionally Hallways are not regularly cleaned; someone puked in the stairwell over the winter holidays and it sat there for days until I returned and reported it Heating is not great; radiator made weird sounds and temp would go below legal required levels

Advice to the owners

Clean the hallways more regularly!
