Great landlord keeps it clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unbeatable location. Landlord lives next door. He is always available and responsive. Nice backyard! Landlord takes care of it every day. Building has just 4 apartments which builds trustful relationships with neighbors. Apartments come furnished which makes it easier for people who just moved to New York.
Cons:
People move in and out constantly. It doesn’t create any inconvenience for other tenants though!
Advice to owner:
Keep going! It’s a great place for students and young families.

Actually an amazing landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really responsive landlord (maintenance, moving in/out, issues with the property, questions)
Cons:
Building policies weren’t always enforced (trash + recycling)
