Good apartment building, odd neighbors

Pros

- Apt itself is nice and spacious. Just wish they had in unit washer and dryer, then would be perfect. - common areas are kept clean - love the super - nice gym

Cons

- the nicest way I can put is that some neighbors don’t have special awareness. They yell, fight and blast music. not always, but this is why I’m leaving. And it’s only like 2 units that I’m aware of so it’s not like every unit does this.

Advice to the owners

- cleaner trash chutes - manage the units with noise issues better
