Super is not helpful and greedy

Pros:
- Building is good overall, there was an issue with my room where the central AC was too strong, my roommate had the opposite problem - not enough air
Cons:
- Inspect your room / apartment thoroughly or you might not get your deposit back. Super randomly walked into room when i was moving some stuff out, noticed some small holes that were there from the old tenant, and started threatening me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because of them. He proceeded to tell me "I won't tell the management if you pay me some to fix it".
Advice to owner:
Replace the super, he is rude and not respectful to the tenants
