Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Jordan Cooper reveal a mixed experience. While some residents appreciate the cleanliness, efficient garbage management, and effective pest control, many express dissatisfaction with poor heating, lack of responsiveness from management, and security issues regarding package theft. The overall sentiment acknowledges well-maintained amenities but highlights ongoing concerns about maintenance delays and noise levels. Additionally, several renters advocate for better security measures and improvements in heating systems. While some recommend the buildings for their locations and cleanliness, a notable number of residents suggest looking elsewhere, especially due to high rents relative to the services received.

Above jazz restaurant, homeless people on street, no security cameras so packages stolen

Great Location / Well Managed Property

Pros

Management takes good care of this building, with secure and clean trash outside the building, monthly pest control, regular cleaning of entry way, and responsiveness to issues in the apartment. Never had any issues with pests or rodents. Great location. Virtual doorman (ButterflyMX).

Cons

Packages stolen many times from entry area. Nothing management can do.
