Super screamed at me for requesting she call exterminators

Basically, this place is run by slumlords. The kitchen sink water ran brown and made me sick. When I reported this to the super, Evie, she told me it was my problem and I should get a filter. She said I should think of it as an investment. The landlords were impossible to contact except by snail mail -- no phone or email. Similarly, the super, Evie, refused to use email or texting, and only spoke over the phone when it was convenient for her. This meant that there was no documentation of any conversation or commitment she made. It also allowed her great control over any conversation, as she would just hang up and ignore phone calls any time you pushed back on something she said. She had no emotional control, and would regularly scream and shout me or slam doors in my face if she didn't like what I was saying; for example, when I requested that she hire an exterminator, she got extremely angry. The company is also very shady. The way they provide the Internet was strange and they took many of my incoming payments -- thousands of dollars -- in cash. I asked the super to write a receipt, and she said she would but never did. This happened multiple times.
Advice to the owners
Run your business in a more respectable manner, and fire Evie
