Amazing location

Super quiet

LIVE ABOVE A PIE SHOP

Exterminator comes monthly

Nice Super

Pet friendly
Cons:
Bathroom is pretty small

No dishwasher

Ovens are a little outdated but still work fine

Pros:
Location is fantastic. It’s a very quiet street, all the neighbors in the building and surround buildings are quiet. The landlord is very responsive, as well as the super. The super is very lovely, probably my favorite I’ve had in NYC. You can pay rent with an app, and even request maintenance that way as well.
Cons:
Trash is located inside and if someone throws away something smelly, or the bins get full it then smells up the entire hallway.
