Incredible Ownership & Super

Pros

Super helped move me in. Cleans the floors and building often. Pest control is often, and never seen so much as an insect in the building. The owner is also incredible. She interviewed us before accepting us into the building. It’s been in her family for generations so she takes such good care of it. No loud neighbors, everyone is friendly. An actual gem.

Cons

I’m legitimately thankful I have this apartment. I’m going on year 2.

An amazing landlord and super. Rare to find someone who cares that much these days. Janine is a diamond.
