Building is clean, newly constructed and stays pretty quiet
Cons
Management can be unresponsive and packages were missing sometimes
Advice to the owners
Make the lease signing process easier and be more responsive

A gem of a building
Pros
This building is architecturally impressive. The architect and designer put in a lot of detail that is not found elsewhere. They had a great eye for design. Secondly, the way the building is managed is impeccable. It is always being cleaned, the trash is taken out frequently, very rarely almost never seen a pest... To make it short, an excellently managed building. The Landlord is reachable.
Cons
The build's location is not my fav as far as neighborhood offerings. But there is an amazing park a block away.
