Decent and responsive landlord

Pros

Nice landlord and maintenance team. Fairly responsive and happy to discuss and deal with the few issues I had in my time there. Easy online rental payments. Routine pest control.

Cons

Can be slow to address issues and is not very communicative about building updates/maintenence. For example, when the hot water heater was replaced it was never announced or shared with us that this would be happening and that we’d be without it for several hours.

Terrible Management -

Pros

Location is good

Cons

Living with rodents, stolen packages, unresponsive management and constant leaks (from the ceiling, windows and appliances) that are “fixed” and continue to come back
