The worst building

Pros:
None I can imagine
Cons:
It’s beyond dirty ..garbage everywhere ..not hot water most the time .. every occupant has mold ..hallways are never cleaned ..multiple different people from other neighborhoods hang out in front of the building ... the owner just wants your money and will never do any repairs or anything
Advice to owner:
Sell this piece of shit to someone who will actually renovate it and car about the tenants
