A sweet apartment

Pros

Perfect location & has all the pretty old details (window trim, vintage glass doors, etc.).

Cons

Mice & roaches :( and the hot water randomly stopped a bit too often for a bit too long (one time it was almost a week)

Beautiful apartment, cheap rent

Pros

Beautiful light, cheap rent, relatively soundproof throughout apt, beautiful dining/living room, no rodents/bugs, Allen is the best, location!!! (close to park, great restaurants, right above bodega)

Cons

kitchen is quite small, one small room (twin sized) and one room w/o direct sunlight, some street sound
